Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified; you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement helps you understand the types of data collected by us, why the data is collected, how we use your information and how we protect any information that you provide to us.
Types of data we collect
We may collect the following information:

· demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
· physical or mental health details
· other information relevant to assessments or surveys
When someone visits www.connectedtherapies.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
You may provide us with your name and contact details through our contact form on www.connectedtherapies.co.uk. We will use this information to contact you regarding your request. We may add your name and email address to our mailing list, which you have the right to request to be removed at any time (see Mailing Lists).
We may use your personal information as part of the registration process for our e-newsletter. We use these e-newsletters to update you on relevant information, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to ensure our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Surveys & Assessments
Connected Therapies Ltd may send you a number of surveys or assessments in order to support you in achieving your goals. Personal information may be collected about you if you choose to participate in these assessments.
If the survey is run remotely, we may require details about how you connected to this survey website, including your IP address, and the date and time when you connected may be collected. Information collected may also include contact details, such as your name, address, email address and phone number.
This information will be held by Connected Therapies Ltd using Google Drive Business.
Survey responses are collected by Google Forms, a market research company commissioned by Connected Therapies Ltd to conduct this survey on our behalf. All information collected by Google Forms in the context of this survey will be shared with Connected Therapies Ltd.
All survey data will be removed from Google Forms and Google Drive by Connected Therapies Ltd immediately after your programme has been completed.
How Connected Therapies Ltd Uses Your Information
Your responses to the survey questions, and information about how you connected to the survey website, may be aggregated with other survey responses.
Your contact details, including your name, phone number and email address, may be used by Connected Therapies to carry out the survey, to communicate with you about the survey, to provide you with incentives for completing the survey, and to carry out any other transactions you have requested or authorised. Connected Therapies Ltd may also use the collected information to administer the survey, to improve future surveys, and to analyse aggregate trends and survey results.

Where Information Is Processed and Stored

Personal information collected by Connected Therapies Ltd may be stored and processed in the cloud using secure platforms Mailer Lite, Wix and Google Drive.
We have a Retention schedule in place to ensure data is not retained longer than necessary. Following the specified retention periods, data will be deleted irretrievably from these platforms. If you are a Client or Wellness Partner, with your consent, we will share your personal information with prospective clients or wellness partners for permanent or temporary placement opportunities. We may process your data for the purposes of maintaining internal records or for the purposes of sharing business opportunities with you.
We offer our Clients optional Wellness scans. These are wellness scans using an iTovi device which reads your body’s frequencies and provides you with a customised report. When you receive your first scan, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number and age group (optional). This data and your wellness report will be stored in Connected Therapies’s iTovi account visible to only Connected Therapies and iTovi. You will have the right to request that this data be changed or removed at any point. Your name and email address may be added to our mailing list in Mail Chimp (see Mailing Lists above) to keep you updated with future promotions and updates on our services. Please let us know if you would prefer not to receive these newsletters. You will also have the option to opt-out by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of each newsletter.
We use Wix as a platform for our website and the information we collect on this platform would be used to subscribe to our e-newsletters. To store data securely, we use Google Drive Business. As mentioned above, we also use Google Analytics to analyse data.
